【出展にかかる留意事項】
●天災、その他の不可抗力（感染症拡大防止等を含む）により展示会を中止、又は延期する場合がございます。主催者は、これによって生じる損害は補償いたしません。ただし、開催前に中止・延期を決定した場合、出展料の一部または、全部を返金いたします。
●出展面積の一部あるいは全部の転貸、売買、譲渡、交換は禁止とさせて いただきます。
●代金決済を伴う物品の販売やサービスの提供（即売行為）は禁止とさせていただきます。
●出展物の展示、実演の目的で裸火を使用する、又は石油等の危険物を会場へ持ち込む場合は消防法により制限があります。
●多目的展示ホール内（屋内）への水素の持込みおよび水素を用いた製品の実演は原則的に禁止されております。ただし、消防審査において一定条件を満たしていれば、許可される場合もございます。
●水素の実演を希望される場合は、水素実演を行う場所（屋内または屋外展示）やスペースの大きさ、実演内容等の詳細を出展申込時にご記入ください。事務局が取りまとめの上、会期2ヶ月前を目安に関係期間に確認します。ただし、水素実演の内容によっては、福島県消防保安課・郡山消防署等の承認が受けられない可能性もあります。あらかじめご了承ください。
●主催者は、出展申込者が暴力団、暴力団関係団体若しくはその関係者、その他反社会勢力であることが判明したとき、または、これらの反社会勢力を利用していることが判明したときは、事前の催告なく出展に関する契約を解除することができるものとします。
●本展示会の写真・映像及び音声を撮影／記録し、利用する権利は主催者が有します。
●Bluetooth等の無線機器を会場で利用される場合、当日の環境によっては、機能しない場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。


【個人情報の取扱いについて】
今回のお申し込みの際に提出された個人情報について、出展関係者との連絡に利用させていただくほか、本展示会開催の手続きおよび広報に必要な範囲内でのみ利用させていただきます。あわせて、情報共有のためにも主催者に提出させていただきます。それ以外の目的で利用することはございません。

Precautions Regarding Exhibiting

・The exhibition may be canceled or postponed due to natural disasters or other force majeure events (including infection prevention measures). The organizer will not compensate for any damages incurred due to such cancellations or postponements. However, if the cancellation or postponement is decided before the event starts, part or all of the exhibition fee will be refunded.
・Subletting, selling, transferring, or exchanging part or all of the exhibition space is prohibited.
・Selling goods or services that involve monetary transactions (direct sales) is not allowed.
・If flammable items or hazardous materials such as oil are brought in or used for demonstration purposes at the booth, restrictions will apply under the Fire Service Act.
・Bringing hydrogen into the indoor exhibition hall and conducting demonstrations using hydrogen-powered products are generally prohibited. However, if certain conditions are met during the fire safety inspection, exceptions may be made and permission may be granted.
・Exhibitors intending to conduct a hydrogen demonstration are required to provide detailed information at the application, including the demonstration location (indoor or outdoor exhibition), required space, and the content of the demonstration. The Secretariat will review and coordinate the submitted information with the relevant authorities approximately two months prior to the event.
Depending on the nature of the hydrogen demonstration, approval may not be granted by the Fukushima Prefectural Fire Prevention and Industrial Safety Division, Koriyama Fire Department, or other relevant organizations.
・If it is found that the applicant is associated with or utilizes antisocial forces (e.g., organized crime groups), the organizer may cancel the exhibition agreement without prior notice.
・The organizer holds the rights to photograph, film, and record the exhibition, and may use such media.
・If you use Bluetooth or other wireless devices at the venue, they may not function properly depending on the environment on the day of the event.


Handling of Personal Information

・The personal information submitted at the time of application will be used to communicate with related exhibitors and for procedures and publicity necessary for this exhibition only.
・This information will also be shared with the organizer for information sharing purposes.
・It will not be used for any other purposes.
