【Cancellation Policy】 
　If you wish to cancel after payment, please contact us at least one week before the event.
　In the case of refunds due to customer reasons such as double payment, a refund processing fee may be charged to the customer.
　The event may be postponed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or riots. In the event of cancellation, the participation fee paid will be refunded.
【キャンセルについて】
　お支払い後のキャンセルについて、イベント開催日（9月13日）の1週間までに事務局までご連絡ください。なお、二重決済等のお客様都合による返金処理が必要な場合、返金手数料はお客様負担となる可能性がございます。
　天災地変や騒乱、暴動などのため、やむを得ずイベント開催を延期または中止することがあります。中止の場合は、お支払いいただいた参加料を返金いたします。
