本セミナーでは、歯科インプラント周囲の微細手術や低侵襲の軟組織移植術を主な専門分野とするLorenzo Tavelli先生をお招きし、インプラント周囲炎における硬組織および軟組織再建の最新技術を解説します。インプラント治療の各ステージにおける生物学的および審美的合併症への対応や、最小限侵襲アプローチについて、科学的根拠と外科的ヒントを紹介します。
実習では、インプラント周囲炎時の硬組織再建に焦点を当て、具体的なアプローチを実践的に学びます。
コース概要：
“Regenerative therapies for peri-implant reconstruction and treatment of biological and esthetic complications”
The present lecture will illustrate the state-of-the-art in hard and soft tissue reconstruction at implant sites, prior to implant placement, at the time of implant placement, at second stage, and for the treatment of late biological (peri-implantitis) and esthetic complications. Novel, minimally invasive, patient-oriented approaches with xenogeneic bone graft, collagen membranes and matrices will be presented, together with their scientific rationales, and surgical tips to achieve satisfying regenerative outcomes at implant sites.
